- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If you want your taxes done right, DON'T GO HERE DO NOT EVER EVER EVER EVER go here or have someone go here. Your taxes will be messed up. They messed them bad this year; turns out they screwed up last year's, too. Then I call for help only to have Stephanie 'try' to help. She is one of the most passive aggressive people on the planet. I actually tried to give them another chance this year. Both times took well over a month to do a simple return (My fault for giving them another chance, I know). This year they had the audacity to charge me $200 AND give me the website to the IRS so I could finish their job!By LLeah Compton, August 03, 2017
